Abstract

In the article the mathematical model of the engine and the car when driving in the European driving cycle, allows to carry out the design of the car with a gasoline engine converted to operate on gasoline and compressed natural gas on the basis of the calculations with a minor error, perform analysis, and to predict the impact on fuel efficiency and environmental performance of vehicle fuels. This is confirmed by experimental studies.
