ORGANIZATION AND GUIDELINES OF STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES IN PRACTICAL TRAINING PROCESS

Abstract

It should be noted that in modern agricultural production, particularly in plant growing, expert and agronomists conduct in-line and acceptance inspection of the quality of the works performed. In this regard, it is they who are primarily responsible for the timing, efficiency and quality of this task. Such a nature of professional activity requires the agronomist to have a thorough theoretical and practical training in the conditions of a higher educational institution for the mechanization of agricultural production, since all modern technological operations are performed using agricultural machinery. To ensure the effective use of agricultural machinery, which is a priority for the agronomist, it is possible, in conditions of strong and conscious knowledge of the device, the working process, technological adjustments of agricultural machines, the ability to carry out their technological adjustment, check the quality of fieldwork, design and organize the execution of technological processes . It is this goal that is subordinated to practical training in an agrarian institution that ensures the formation of the necessary knowledge and professional skills for the mechanization of agricultural production in future agronomists. Without a thorough analysis of the theoretical foundations of practical training and the results of research by psychologists, it is impossible to develop, organize and implement effective practical training of students, which paves the bridge from knowledge to the skills of their practical application, that is, it forms the professional qualities of future agricultural specialists. All this makes it necessary to improve, in particular, the existing forms and methods of teaching, the development of a special methodology for practical training. It is by solving the three main tasks that Academician S. U. Goncharenko defined as follows – what to teach? how to teach? how to learn?, modern methods of practical training should effectively influence the process of mastering and improving knowledge, the formation of professional skills and skills of future land owners.
