The role of investment in technical re-equipment of motor transport enterprises at the current stage of development of Ukraine's economy is very important. The implementation of the investment process is possible only with the prior activity data of a business entity and the possible risks that may arise in the process of its implementation. The greatest precision and accuracy of the investment analysis is achieved by using the combined methods of risk assessment that take into account the maximum number of significant factors as well as their influence on the end result and the relationship with each other. Therefore, evaluation of investment attractiveness of a potential investment object is the first step in making an investment decisions. The article deals with the General methodological approaches to the analysis of investment attractiveness and proposes the model of evaluation of the project on technical re-equipment of enterprises of the automotive industry using the theory of fuzzy sets. The proposed method due to its adaptability and flexibility allows to objectively take into account all the realities of the economy, it is easy to apply and effective in its usage and allows to unambiguously to interpret the results of mathematical and analytical treatment of a certain group of targets.
